himorogy（以下「当方」といいます）は、当方が提供するスマートフォン向けアプリケーション「一撃バトル」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における、利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。
himorogy ("we," "us," or "our") establishes this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") regarding the handling of user information in connection with our smartphone application "Mr.OneSlash" (Japanese title: 一撃バトル) (the "App").
本アプリ自体は、利用者から氏名・住所・電話番号等の情報を直接取得することはありません。ただし、本アプリは認証サービス「Unity Player Accounts」を利用しており、利用者が同サービスでサインインする場合、メールアドレス等が取得されます（詳細は第5項をご参照ください）。また、本アプリの利用に伴い、以下の情報が自動的に取得される場合があります。
The App itself does not directly collect personal information such as your name, address, or phone number. However, the App uses the "Unity Player Accounts" authentication service, and if you sign in with it, your email address and related information are collected (see Section 5 for details). In addition, the following information may be collected automatically through your use of the App.
Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android); device information (OS type and version, device model, language settings, etc.); IP address and approximate region; and usage and activity logs within the App (such as launch counts, play activity, and ad impressions/interactions).

当方は、本アプリの利用状況を把握し、品質向上に役立てるため、第三者が提供する解析ツール（アクセス解析・利用状況分析サービス等）を利用することがあります。これらのツールは、前記の端末情報や利用ログ等を統計的に収集・分析するために用いられ、個人を特定する目的では使用しません。
We may use third-party analytics tools (such as access and usage-analysis services) to understand how the App is used and to improve its quality. These tools collect and analyze the device information and usage logs described above on a statistical basis, and are not used to identify individuals.
本アプリは、利用者のサインイン（アカウント認証）のために、Unity Technologies（以下「Unity」といいます）が提供する認証サービス「Unity Player Accounts」を利用しています。利用者が同サービスを用いてサインインする場合、アカウントの作成・管理のために、メールアドレス、および Unity が利用者ごとに発行する識別子（Unity Player Account ID）が取得されます。
For player sign-in (account authentication), the App uses "Unity Player Accounts," an authentication service provided by Unity Technologies ("Unity"). When you sign in using this service, your email address and a unique identifier issued by Unity for each user (a Unity Player Account ID) are collected in order to create and manage your account.

本アプリには、有料のアプリ内課金（アイテム購入等）が含まれます。課金に関する決済処理は、Apple Inc.（App Store）または Google LLC（Google Play）が提供する決済システムを通じて行われます。クレジットカード番号等の決済情報は、これらのプラットフォーム事業者が取り扱い、当方が取得・保持することはありません。
The App includes paid in-app purchases (such as item purchases). Payment processing is handled through the payment systems provided by Apple Inc. (App Store) or Google LLC (Google Play). Payment information such as credit card numbers is handled by these platform providers, and we do not collect or retain it.
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を利用者の同意なく第三者に提供しません。ただし、本ポリシーに記載する広告・解析・認証・決済等のサービス提供事業者に対し、各目的の達成に必要な範囲で情報が共有される場合があります。
Except as required by law, we do not provide collected information to third parties without your consent. However, information may be shared with the advertising, analytics, authentication, and payment service providers described in this Policy, to the extent necessary to achieve the respective purposes.
当方は、取得した情報を利用目的の達成に必要な期間に限り保管し、不正アクセス・紛失・改ざん等を防止するため、合理的かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。
We retain collected information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use, and we take reasonable and appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
本アプリは、お子様を主たる対象としたものではありません。保護者の方は、お子様による本アプリの利用（特にアプリ内課金や広告の操作）について、ご留意くださいますようお願いいたします。
The App is not primarily directed at children. We ask that guardians supervise children's use of the App, particularly with respect to in-app purchases and interactions with advertisements.

You may request the disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of information about you that we handle. To make such a request, please contact us using the contact details below.
当方は、法令の改正や本アプリの内容変更等に応じて、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の本ポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。
